Spent over 5 hours on hold , left my number 2 days ago still have not heard from them I finally clicked I wanted to rent a unit and they answered on the first ringʻ just to tell me my unit had been sold . I have been there 14 years and was always taken care of by the people that work there. I would not recommend 10 federal storage Never received any kind of notice.
