Georgetown lacked a med spa offering medical-grade skincare and laser hair removal in a relaxing setting. Laser Lounge Med Spa came into being as two neighbor friends chose to change that. Kathi was a nail tech specializing in diabetic footcare, while Mary was an esthetician who felt her skin problems had not been treated well by her. Both ladies were laser-certified and worked at a clinic in Austin. The friends initially invested $100, bought a 10x10-inch laser, and started their small med spa. The med spa is not a branch or chain and has no investors. Kathi and Mary have limited resources, and their business is a hobby since they only want people to feel better due to their hair or skin issues. The business has moved and grown over time, with improved space and services that didn't exist in the past. Laser Lounge Med Spa is conveniently located in the middle of the city but in a beautiful and small vintage-style house along Williams Drive. They did Laser Hair Removal, Facials, and more. They realized they needed to expand, so they got into HydraFacials and Plasma Pen, Botox, and more. Kathi and Mary became close friends, and they still are. You will not be left in the room to "tabula rasa" your face while getting a chemical treatment. Your care and pampering begin when you walk in the door. We will wear gloves when cleaning your face, which is a part of a spa experience. From start to finish, we believe in caring for you. We do not rest until you are delighted with the results. What sets us apart from other med spas in your area? Some med spas will rush you in and out and provide treatments that are the same for everyone. Although we do not claim that our SPA is one-size-fits-all, we think that personalization is important, even if our goal is to ensure that you have results in your skincare routine.
