They were happy with the cleanliness of the place and the customer service was excellent. Frances also explained each step she was taking during the treatment. The experience they had was good with: Laser hair removal- which turned out good, Microneedling with PRP and lip flip, Dermaplane and Hydrafacial,.However, there were some specific treatments done by the clients including: Fotona 4D and the outcome was perfect. In general, the staff paid attention to every detail in the treatment rooms, for example a great leg massage during a pedicure. Most clients were happy with the quality of their services and the result was a thorough cleaning and glowing face. For them, the treatment helped with their skin concerns and the staff gave great directions. Clients agreed that the treatment and post-treatment experience were good and they will definitely come back for the treatment. This customer service is what maintained one client for 2 years. In conclusion, excellent customer service, which made the treatment quick, painless, and relaxing, cleans and brightens the face.
