Customer Feedback: 1. Jesus was very attentive and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it 2. Their customer service is beyond terrible. They scheduled an appointment for a mini-split installation the next day, and they never showed up. They have not reached out to reschedule or returned any of my calls or messages.
