While my account manager, Ashley, has been responsive and clearly trying to help, the actual website development team has not delivered the core components required under the agreement — and communication from the project manager or developer has been nonexistent. Despite multiple requests and escalations, I still have no confirmation that essential items have been completed, including: • XML sitemap creation and submission • Google Search Console connection and verification • Indexing setup for all required pages • Completion of service subpages and the educational page These are fundamental deliverables for any professional website project, yet they remain unresolved. The developer assigned to my project has not responded at all, even after escalation, and no project manager has stepped in to address the issues or provide a timeline. Ashley has done everything within her role, but the lack of action from the technical team has stalled the entire project. At this point, the problem is not communication — it’s leadership and accountability within the development department. If 13 Stripes wants to maintain trust with clients, management needs to ensure that projects are actually completed, developers respond to clients, and escalations reach someone capable of resolving technical issues. Right now, that is not happening.

Unprofessional Work - Buggy and Slow Website We hired 13 Stripes Marketing to develop our Shopify store and received completely unprofessional work. The website they delivered was full of bugs that affected basic functionality. Customers couldn't complete purchases smoothly, and we constantly had to deal with technical issues. The site speed was extremely slow, which is unacceptable for ecommerce where every second of load time affects conversions. The quality of work was far below professional standards. It felt like we received an unfinished, untested product. We lost potential sales due to the poor user experience and slow loading times. We had to invest additional money hiring another developer to fix all the problems and optimize the site properly. This delayed our launch and cost us significantly more than the original project. if you are looking for shopify development, look elsewhere. The work we received was not worth the money or frustration.

This company gave me the work of a 9th grader and when I threatened to report them to bbb and give a bad review he said he would make my business never get found on the internet. I don’t know how he did it but my phone stopped ringing. About 2 weeks after he said that. Don’t hire this guy. He is not an American and is here just to take our money.

Do not hire this company! Worst decision I ever made, almost put me out of business. Cole Keener refused to take any calls or answer e-mails after being paid to build a web site for my company. Great guy initially but after got paid zero attention. They took almost 70 days to create the website. I had to e-mail the same information and pictures to Jade Watson many times. She is terrible on that, but she plays the victim very good, I can tell. I thought it would be better after the website was live. It was a total disaster. Very bad placement always. I sent them more than 50 e-mails complaining and received the same answer. It needs more time. After one year and more than U$6k spent, I’m done with them. Do no make the same mistake I did. Many of their workers calling me saying that there were problems with the website. That’s a total disorganization. Was promised results in 60-90 days, however, after 12 months never ranked good for all keywords.

Wish I could have a chance to give them several negative reviews. This company is so unprofessional and rude specially the assigned manager Jade. She called me and screamed at me when I wrote a email to cole about how his team is not working on my profile (who is also the partner of the company and also don’t answer the calls) me as client at fault. I paid them the money to market my work and this company did nothing at all except uploading few pictures on my instagram. Moreover I did see the bad reviews but still thought every company has some and gave them a chance to work for me. But I swear if I would’ve known how unprofessional and misbehaved employees this company has I would have never gave them a chance. Now the fun part. I have got a call from Cole who is the partner of the company, told me not put any negative reviews because it’s going to hamper his business and when I denied and he starts to threaten me that I have your business details and I can do the same in your account. What better I could say when the owner is talking in such a bad taste, staff has to follow it. For the future reference to all you people out there PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.
