Observations from Customer Feedback The place was Awesome. So glad I was able to go!! Everyone was super nice and the service was great I came to LuxeMe for a head spa service, and Ella was my provider. Not only was it incredibly relaxing but she also was so kind. The head massage was amazing as well as the body massage. 10/10 would recommend I had an amazing body massage and head spa thanks to Sylvia and Meerim. The massage was so relaxing while also releasing tension. The head spa was my absolute favorite! Meerim did AMAZING! The waterfall and gentle massage put me to sleep. All of the staff were super helpful, patient, and sweet. Will definitely be back Wonderful experience. Professional and friendly. My first time getting a head spa. Worth every penny. I will be back. My favorite place for head spa and massage ! Thanks to Nini I had almost relaxing experience today! My husband brought me here for the head spa! Best birthday gift, 100/10 recommend! This was my first time getting a head spa. I had a fun time. The place is beautiful, the girls were very nice. It was quiet and relaxing. Sometimes the speed of the scrub would change and it felt a little rushed. But the overall of it was very nice. I did get a little jump scare because I forgot there was a little leg massage involved. And they were so quiet, ha! The blow-out at the end was really nice. My hair feels so good! My head feels amazing! Oh, and she did a little face massage. Man that felt nice! It was so relaxing and I did have fun! See below, this one tool they used. Heavenly. That thing went up into my soapy fine hair and did not tangle. Daaaaang! I'll be finding that on Amazon! She said there was a matching pillow with the scrubbies inside! Diana did a wonderful job on my European SMART pedicure. She was meticulous, and my feet look amazing! Died my absolutely zero burn great job I’ve visited a couple of times now—once for a French pedicure and most recently for a French manicure. Each visit has been a completely different experience from your typical nail salon. The environment is relaxing, low-key, and quiet. The process is unique as well—no water soak and no harsh scraping tools, and the large reclining chairs make it even more comfortable. I really enjoyed the experience and left feeling relaxed both times. JsonResponse I either go here or my place in NYC. Their services and quality are AMAZING. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made the entire experience relaxing and comfortable. Amina took the time to explain everything and made sure the lashes suited me perfectly. The results are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Amina! Sylvia was amazing! Such a great first experience from out of town. Will definitely come back when I visit again :) Head spa and facial were fantastic! Very clean salon. Everyone is friendly and Irinia did a fabulous job on my nails.
