Feedback Highlights: Brittany is an amazing hair stylist. She understood my style instantly and did a fabulous job on my hair color and blowout. From the time I walked through the door until I left, she was exceptional. She is inviting, professional, quick, and exudes confidence. She has a lot of experience and knows exactly what she's doing. She is also thorough and considers everything from the type of hair, the look I am going for, and how my hair will wear, to name a few. I showed her a picture, and voila! She nailed it; thanks. "oh and by the way, she's really quick too" it was exactly what I had wanted had never happened for me on the first to go round with a new stylist. I love my hair. I just love her now and highly recommend Brittany for any of your hair needs! 1. Highly Recommended Customer: This was my first experience at this salon. Will was very welcoming. I was a walk-in client and he did an excellent at assessing my needs and getting the cut that I requested. Will asked all the right questions and did an amazing job! Will be going back here:) 2. Life-Saving Stylist Their Comment: Josey will definitely be my new permanent stylist. She made my hair look so healthy after it being messed up from hospital events. Such a difference to me 8. Highly Skilled Customer: Excellent service. Super friendly and got an amazing haircut. T did a terrific job. Great stylist. She really listened and guided me to the best style for me. Highly recommend. 9. Great Team Customer: I've had several appointments with Mona for color, highlights, and lowlights. Mona does an excellent job listening to her clients and incorporating their wishes into the color she provides. She is a talented colorist. Her assistant Emmie is so sweet and I appreciate her attention to detail in prepping for color as well as in drying and styling my hair. The two make a great team! 10. Fabulous Hairdresser Their Comment: I just had such an AMAZING experience with Brittany! She got it and me instantly! Not only did she do a fabulous job on my color and blowout, she’s such an amazing person and so very caring, compassionate and also incredibly insightful. I truly love this place! Horrible Experience Their Comment: Did get my haircut today and I do have to mention that I was not pleased with the overall experience nor the outcome. The salon itself was super clean and welcoming but I personally felt that the hair stylist was rushing and obviously did not do a great job either. Was supposed to get a face framing layer and they don’t even look even! I was made to wait even after being seated, where she excused herself to work on the person sitting near me, that did not really bother me but I did sense that when it came to me, everything was rushed. I was not even given a full cover to wear and hence got chopped hair all over my shirt. In the end they did hurriedly kind of blow dried it but there was still hair all over my shirt. I was going to meet someone after my appointment but had to cancel the plan and go back home as I could not go looking that way! Overall not a great experience and definitely not worth my time and money Customer: 12. Highly Protected Their Comment: I love my highlights i got from Mona! I was worried because i had previously lightened my hair and gone over it with box dye at home, but both Mona and Aref worked with it and were able to give me exactly what I wanted, and my hair still feels healthy and looks amazing! Her and her assistant Emy are both so talented! Love my hair so much!!
