Customer Review Summary: 1. Stanley and associates law firm has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any attorney! I experienced the same issue of no communication as stated in reviews here. I’ve had to file a bar complaint due to their gross behavior I’ve experienced! There is a complete lack of transparency as the try to act like they control what you can and can not see regarding your settlement. They tried to act as if a medical lien was a full itemized report of my settlement when that was just one of the providers I saw. I have asked for a full itemized report including the treatment facilities they sent me to that they themselves said can reduce their bills but when they’re upset at you now they can’t seem to show you how much they paid them. I asked to see my full first offer as I’m entitled to before and acceptance or renegotiating as well and have been given no word on it yet they were somehow able to tell me at the end of this you’re looking at possibly 1100 and then immediately said would 3,000 be ok! That means you have some sort of number you’re looking at to make these calculations and lied to my face saying they gave me a full itemized report which as just one providers medical lien on my claim. They get upset that you’re upset at the non responsiveness they give you and when you catch them on their BS. I advise every to know their full legal remedies when dealing with Stanley and associates incase you need them when they don’t think you have way to recover what is fully yours and for the time the games being played with your claim.2.
