I was charged with 4 felonies (fraud) with 5 years in state prison. Mr. Carmichael managed to get some of my charges dropped and actually negotiated the prosecution to offer 3 years of probation with early release and the ability to have a clear record after my probation passed. He didn't see me as a criminal looking for a slap on the wrist; he saw me as a single mother trying to make it. Justin was upfront and honest from the beginning, and the price was definitely manageable. I couldn't thank him enough for the second chance he got me and my family. He is the best!!!
