In contrast, the fourth customer notes that they spoke with the attorney, but he was rude to them. He says a minute after their conversation, the attorney quipped that he doesn’t work for free. The client realized the attorney had not listened to their queries, which made him hang up. He says he will spend his money elsewhere. The fifth customer terms the attorney as great, while the sixth says the office and the attorney were not helpful to them. Despite this, one of the office staff listened to their queries and assured them it would be okay.
