Fielding Law Customer Review Summary I cant say enough about how wonderful Macey, Alison and the Fielding Law team were in helping me through this difficult circumstance. They were very helpful and kept consistent communication with me throughout the process. I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful team help me through this! They did such an amazing job and helped so much more than I couldve imagined! M.G. Macey and Alison were awesome. If there were any issues or questions they were quick to get it resolved. Super nice and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my case. I am very satisfied with Fielding law. C.N. I was rear-ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of me. Macey was excellent in helping me through the process. She was very professional and provided important information when needed. I appreciate all the help. C. Ill recommend fielding law to anybody. Christina was great. She helped me through the journey. K.K. I am a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with 26 years of service, and I am submitting this review to provide an accurate and factual account of my experience with Fielding Law. I retained the firm for injuries sustained on June 23, 2024. In July 2025, I requested to transfer my case to another law firm due to concerns regarding how my matter was being handled. Instead of releasing my case, my assigned attorney, Allison Capaul, urged me to remain with Fielding Law and assured me she would personally manage my claim. Following that assurance, communication became inconsistent. The last direct communication I received from Ms. Capaul occurred on December 15, 2025. Subsequent updates were provided only by the paralegal, who stated that Ms. Capaul was “corresponding with litigation,” yet I received no substantive attorney‑level updates for nearly two months. On February 9, 2026—approximately four months before the statute of limitations expires—Fielding Law issued a withdrawal letter. The letter stated there was a “difference of opinion on litigation strategy.” This characterization is inaccurate. The only disagreement concerned the valuation of my injuries and the compensation I believe I am entitled to. At no point did I refuse to cooperate or oppose any legitimate litigation strategy. The timing of the withdrawal has placed me in a materially disadvantaged position and has made securing new counsel significantly more difficult. The firm also stated it is “retaining an interest” in my case and may seek 33⅓% of any future recovery despite electing to withdraw. I am providing this information so prospective clients can make an informed decision and be aware of my experience with the firm’s communication practices, case handling, and withdrawal timing. M. The Best ! Hands down ! R.C. They are number 1 ! Love them ! Very nice and get things done in a timely manner! I couldn’t ask for better because they are the best! V.A. They did a great job couldn't ask for a better attorney. I highly recommend them! Viviana my paralegal was informative and always kept me in the loop. D.T. THANK YOU FIELDING LAW.. I'M SO GLAD I CALLED YOU! After my accident I was lost. The accident involved my VW Beetle being rear ended by a Silverado Pick up (work) truck with such force that I was pushed down the highway into the next car. My car, I'd only had for 6 months was totaled. I tried to work things out with the other party myself, but they wouldn't even engage with me moving me to find representation. I found Fielding Law and chose them because of the ratings they had and because they were close to my home and work. I felt this would be helpful if I needed to sign anything or go to the office for any reason. I am SO glad I called them!!! From the first day I spoke to Macey, the firm's legal assistant, I knew I was in good hands. Macey explained the process and did not make unreasonable claims. Though I felt my accident had caused great property damage, I didn't feel that I was terribly injured and took myself to the ER from the accident and was discharged the same day. After reviewing my medical records, the accident report, getting more imaging and treatment the firm worked hard with my insurance company, the Silverado's insurance company, the hospital and other treating physicians. Macey kept me updated along the way as new conversations were being had with one company/party/hospital or other. She would ask me for information such as pictures I took on scene or medical records from the ER and I sent them to her. Anything I needed to sign was done electronically (which made the proximity I was focused on earlier mute). If I ever had any questions or concerns related to the process I'd call the office or send an email and Macey responded immediately. It took several months but my case was settled at FAR MORE than I'd hoped or expected... by about 5 times. With Macey's expiation early on and working along side civil district attorneys in my career I knew the results would not come "over night". I knew that if I stayed in contact and provided anything that was needed a decision/agreement would be made, and it has been. Thank you Fielding Law for standing by me through out this process. And THANK YOU LACEY for always answering my emails and picking up the phone when I needed direction! I could not have done this with out you ALL!!!! K.S. Please do not take this firm, it is the worst there is in Texas. They wasted my time for 3 years on my case and they did not give me what they promised me and my case was an 18-wheel truck, there I have photos of my car as it turned out. I told Sikandar, Karla, and Xochitl the whole time that I wasn't satisfied. I refused to have them do any more tests, to close the case, and that I accepted what the insurance company offered the first time. But Sikandar told me it was advisable to have more evidence to get more money. They convinced me, but in the end, I was the one who suffered because they didn't give me what they promised. I fell for their lies. They always told me my compensation would be over 100k. It's not my fault that your team didn't pass on the information I gave, my opinions, my doubts, and my discomfort. That's your fault. I don't recommend your firm. I'm going to publish this on every platform I have so that others don't fall for your lies like I did. K.
