Alina listened to me, took notes, asked the right questions and anticipated my needs. She has also accommodated my disability in a respectful way. She told me when she'd reach out and met that commitment. Later, time had passed. Which is common. I was getting ready to send a "checking in" email, but she had already read my mind and sent me an email telling me what they were working on, what they were waiting on, and what they needed from me. I'm very impressed. I'm still in the early part of this professional relationship but I'm very pleased with the experience so far.
