Customer Experience Feedback: We came to see Don Schwartz for my family and I am extremely dissatisfied with his service. My relative and dear friend died early this year. She was a pillar in the Thompson/Richmond, TX community. She had worked for years at the WA Parish plant. We visited Don Schwartz Law Offices asking for the original last will and testament will that Don prepared. The initial visit to Don's office, a cold experience that left us devastated. His lack of compassion shocked and felt profiled. Don’s baritone and intonation made us feel scared and belittled. While we fought back tears, he spoke with dry humor that felt as if he was laughing at us. Instead of giving us the original will, he asked for copies of the copy that we had. The process was humiliating as we expected the original Will since we paid him to provide the service. He failed to deliver to the expected standard. We left the office disappointed and with more questions. The experience was humiliating as Don did not provide us with the respect we deserved. This was a devastating loss to our family, and his delivery was chilling. Six months after the death, he provided a copy of the original will, which was less than we expected. The service that Don provided was disrespectful and demeaning. I felt ashamed and profiled in that office. After this experience, I highly do not recommend Don Schwartz and his law firm. The disrespect and profiling were demeaning. Don was insensitive and callous. My experience with Don Schwartz was horrible. I am disappointed with the quality of service he provided guaranteeing to handle family cases with love and respect. My family is not ready to handle such a sad situation and be profiled. It was painful, and his actions made it unbearable.
