In fact, they went out of their way to give me all available options so I could make an informed decision that was right for me. What impressed me most was how accommodating they were to my unique situation. Since I work nights, I had to plan to move my birds to a different space in the house for any work in the affected area, which required some time and organization as my birds can't just be picked up. The team worked with my schedule, gave me enough notice, and scheduled the work later in the day so I could get some sleep and securely move my birds. Their concern for the safety and well-being of my birds meant a lot to me. Tim also noticed a potentially hazardous safety issue caused by previous roof work. A flue vent was loose, which created a potential carbon monoxide hazard. Thank goodness he noticed it and fixed it before it became an issue. This alone made me trust his eye and his integrity. Later, they changed my almost 15-year-old water heater. Installation was done quickly and professionally, and Tim showed me what he was doing. and explained things afterwards. There was a fair amount of sediment buildup in the old unit, so it was nice to know I made a good decision. Again, there wasn't any push to buy upgrades or extra gear. Karen was great as well. She kept up communicatio
