Despite this growth, Justin Coke, Dr. Tiffany Winburn, and the 7-7 operation remain the best option for San Antonio families and Selma residents. Seven to seven Dental offers dental services such as cleaning, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and implant work. To correct misalignment, 7 to 7 has both traditional wire braces and Invisalign® orthodontics. Our mission is to make dentistry affordable, easy, available, and cost-effective for everyone. Our dedicated staff of dental hygienists and hygienists, dental assistants, and treatment coordinators at any of our sites will offer you excellent treatment.

This place used to be ok. I was planning on staying with them, but I had a teeth cleaning in July 2022. Fast forward to today, Jan 6, 2023, I get a bill for $19. They tried to tell me that went towards my deductible, because it had not been met. I have never paid for a cleaning, my insurance covers it 100%. They looked into it, and tried to tell me that there is a $16 dollar fee that they used to wave, but no longer wave as of January 2022. I was never informed of this change by email, nor in person when I was there in July. I was scheduled to have a cleaning this month, I told them to cancel it. I thought I was going to stay with this dentist, but after this, I'm done. I know it's only $18, but it's the principle of the matter. Doesn't make sense that you have insurance that tells you you are covered 100% for any cleanings, then this place adds a charge. I don't recommend this place, seems like a shady practice.
