I had a horrible experience at this dental office. They lie to their clients. They stated my mouth guard was covered by insurance fully, I would not have paid anything. Which was true to a point they were going off an EXPIRED approval letter that they had received from the insurance. Which is their mistake. I never saw the letter. They had called me one month after the appointment to say I owed them and I explained that they told me it was free. They were going to contact me again when I was in town after a family funeral. They did not say anything to me until two years later threatening to send me to collections. By then I was deployed overseas and couldn’t talk due to my location so my husband was kindly trying to handle it. In that whole 2 years I haven’t heard a word from them. I have no choice now to pay them even though they originally stated it was free. I will never return or recommend because this company doesn’t stand by their word. I hope this helps others make their choice.
