Even though according to one customer it was a futile attempt to get an item, the sales assistant Gina personally walked them through it. Another customer mentioned the excellent service. This was a nice surprise given that customers don't often experience good customer service. And the other experience the most customer said the clothing store has unique and modern cloth designs. Another customer I had the opportunity to like them because they have extra products like bags and the Chico's staff is nice and helpful. The product quality at Chico's was also mentioned... They described the quality as good. However, one customer mentioned a sizing issue. The customer bought an item that was larger than the usual size. The customer was happy with the product and was only disappointed with the size. Since this customer service and the unique cloth design at the store were excellent. And also they had quality products the overall customer experience is positive. It is a great shopping place with friendly and helpful employees and great products.
