Cooney, a 36-year veteran of property management, has made our company one of the most outstanding. Colonial Property Management is family-owned and operated and has strong links with military personnel. Robert Autry, a Military Veteran, is also part of the team. Many of our devoted staff members are former military personnel or military spouses. Colonial Property Management is family-owned and operated with three generations invested in its daily operation. Every 90-day tenant inspections are available to homeowners, and we also offer annual exterior and interior inspections. Digital inspections enable our team to send you reports from the field as they occur, keeping you informed about your property's condition. Our property management software is top-rated and allows homeowners and tenants to view documents online and place work orders. We focus exclusively on property management, unlike many companies that also have to handle rentals and sales. We do not employ a sales team.
