In late 2013, my wife and I had a conversation in which we decided to take significant action so that I could start my real estate career successfully. I was a 27-year-old father with no kids, and I believed that it was time for me to start creating the life of my dreams. After reading the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki, my perspective shifted significantly, and I began to see real possibilities for the first time. I started to see myself no longer as just an Employee but also as an Entrepreneur! It took me back to that time when I had many online businesses, selling different items on eBay, and at the age of 14, I was making more money than some adults.
