Doctor Lucent Orthodontics were the perfect solution – recommended to me by my daughter’s dentist, we were initially daunted by the prospect but the price for treatment was far less than we expected and she ended up walking out with braces today. The staff was super friendly and kept things moving along. My son is also super afraid of doctors and other staff members like Melissa made it super easy for him. They were very patient with him and walked him through the process step by step in braces. The staff was also incredibly helpful and kind to my daughter, giving her a little surprise at the price at the end of it. My children very much enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to future visits. 10 out of 10! Also, thanks to Franny who was tremendously friendly with us every step of the way and taking care of us in every detail so we can be sure we understand the whole process.. they even make you a little celebration after which is really great. The entire staff had such a positive attitude, from the front end to the back. The doctors, assistants, and receptionists are so fun and happy to be there. The office is clean. My appointments are so quick, every staff member just boosted my mood, instantly. Plus, the procedure didn’t hurt at all, friendly and fast! The whole staff including Dr. Fanny and Dr. Nikki did amazing and helped me get through it quickly and without much pain. Also, Julie and Ms. Glinda were so helpful! Happy I came!
