***FYI most of their reviews are fake- find the reviews with the chaotic truck pictures and they claim the same thing.*** A broken dolly is all they brought with them. They did not use any blankets or wrapping plastic etc and wouldn't even when I offered my blankets. We were sold all that during being quoted- they are not cheap! They took eight hours to move our two bedroom apartment 15 mins down the highway and each apartment was easily accessible. They required constant help and stopping them from dragged my dresser on its side or carrying boxes 1 or 2 at a time rather that using the dolly, but they really didn't have proper tools. I borrowed a neighbor's not-broken dolly and proper tools. I borrowed a neighbor's not-broken dolly and they ended up stealing it and his name was painted on it in many places + his wasn't broken. The moving company did nothing about it. Said they didn't find a dolly that didn't belong. I know that's a lie because they left their broken one in the garage of the apartment I was moving out of! So they had to have a truck missing a dolly or with my neighbor's noticeable white painted name all over. They told me they loaded everything up and left my old apartment while I was upstairs cleaning. They left to go meet my husband at the new apartment and when I asked if the garage was done too (they were parked outside it and moving through the garage so it was generally a landing space for everything then after one would expect they finish loading all furniture and boxes. And I asked to confirm. They assured me it was cleared out and I believed them because they disappeared a lot (including 45 mins of not finding them when they took the lunch I bought them to eat in my garage. Turns out they left a ton of stuff in my garage including a king size mattress, box spring, bulky bedroom set furniture, large patio couch and much more. The way I found my new apartment when I first walked into it was just ridiculous. For example, pieces of my couch were laying on their backsides? Ended up paying ~$1,000 and the company is impossible to deal with. This happened 7 months ago and they always have another form or excuse to do nothing.
