Robust leadership at all levels. Roland H. Gonzales Sr. was a born businessman& and he founded Roland's Roofing Co., Inc. shortly after his return from the army in 1970. Strong work ethic helped make this company a success, and the love of his life, his wife, who managed the office, helped make demand for the roofing materials. Roland immediately called upon his son Roland H. GonzalesJr. to meet the need. Roland H. Gonzales Jr. joined his family's business in 1978& after graduating from St. Marys University. Cookie Gehring was the last member to join the team. Cookie Gehring, a woman often seen as a pioneer& in her field, also joined her family in 1985 when her brother called her up. Roland H. Gonzales Jr. quickly called her up, and she said yes because the company was founded on strong family values. The company is still a family business and has three generations of the most robust leaders imaginable. Roland H. Gonzales Jr. and Cookie Gehring are the Presidents and Vice Presidents of the company, respectively. Though there are many employees in the company, it is likely that you will deal with someone from the Gonzales family at some point during your transaction. We are proud that you have the best roof on your head.
