Allow us to offer a salon experience that is relaxing, pampering, and personal. Our salon coordinators will interact with you for your first contact, text message, or online booking to offer recommendations on the stylist that best fits your needs. We will also use text messaging to provide reminders for your appointments. If there are any changes, we will communicate with you through text messages. You will get a welcoming reception upon arrival, and we will update you on your appointment's status. Get into the lobby, where you will find a complimentary refreshment bar featuring fresh-brewed Starbucks coffee and cold beverages. When a stylist is ready for you, you get to be escorted to the styling area.

The new management is DEMONIC! I called to reschedule my 1pm Saturday appointment and later decided to cancel, due to having covid. Which she would have known had she not yelled, talked over, cursed and slammed the phone down in my face. Initial call was Thursday from my bf's phone and because I kept getting notifications, I called again Friday, today at 12:45pm. Mind you, this was within the 24 time-frame and the woman (receptionist) If you can call her that was so rude. Then had the audacity to harrass me via email and text about polices, pure HARASSMENT! I have lost all respect. Oh she also randomly blocked me on Instagram from the Salon page like Id ever go here again. Just trash. I still love the stylist Kathy though. P.S. I can not wait to see what type of lie or BS excuse the come up with in response to this post to justify being diabolical. No idea what child picks up the phone but clearly someone more professional needs to do it and If you're the manager then I hope you learned a lesson.
