ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

Customer Testimony Overview: I used this company for a broken water heater. Tristian and his crew came out but he assured me that they would handle the whole process. They would handle the plumbing and he brought in American Restoration for the property loss repairs. They did what they call a packout. Packed out two bedrooms, formal dinning, kitchen, bath, breakfast area. My house is empty. This happened June 9th. Come to find out, Simple Service Plumbing went outta business, I have no clue where my furniture, belongings, are. Per the restoration company, they are taking over the mess that Simple Service created they are trying to get Tirstian to tell them where my belongings are stored and trying to get Tristian to give them the key to whatever storage my belongings are in. So now I have an empty nonfunctional house and no one can tell me where my things are or if I am even getting them back. If they truly went outta business I can certainly understand why. Simple Service is/was a NIGHTMARE. Do Not use them or any company associated with them. I used this company for a broken water heater. He was a kind gentleman. He had some difficulty installing the mother board and said he would come back next week to try again when he could contact customer support… that was about a month ago. He canceled on me several times. We had an appointment set up for last week and he did not show. The woman who was scheduling the appointments was no longer returning my calls or texts. The next day when Tristian didn’t show up, I received a called from some gentleman named Tito. Tito explained to us that they no longer do plumbing services as of last week?? I already paid for labor and parts weeks ago, and my water heater is still not fixed. I haven’t been able to use my water since the last time Tristan showed. I was very patient with this company!!! I would not recommend this company to anybody and will be making sure to tell family and friends to stay away! I called Tristian Garza to come place a mother board on my water heater. He communicates well and is the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. He also didn’t mind my questions meant to educate myself as a homeowner. His work ethic is top notch and his pricing is more than fair. I am retired military and a public schoolteacher and as long as he is in business he will have my business. Jerel was absolutely fantastic! He talked me through the entire scenario of why my water heater broke down and thoroughly talked me through my options for a replacement! He did the job in a timely and professional manner and I highly recommend he in and Simple Service for all plumping needs Excellent service from Jerel and Caleb. Helped me out in a pinch and came through nicely..I do recommend. Tristian and Jerel did an excellent job repairing our leaky tub handle and installing our new shower valve. They took care of us, were fair and honest while explaining about the repair we needed, and made it such an easy and pleasant process from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you so much guys! We definitely know who to call for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Jerel provided us great service and was able to repair my issues quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend this company. Efficient and kind! They did a great job! We had great service from the time of making our appointment with Serena to Jeremy, David, and Jerel making the repairs. They were extremely good. In addition, the office stayed in touch to provide updates. I highly recommend this company. Jerel, Everett, Jeremy have the best customer service and came to our rescue!! Today I needed to call a plumber as I was having issues with a toilet at my home. I called several plumbers, but thankfully Simple Service was able to respond faster. Jeremy showed up on time, was very professional and thorough, he also explained everything so I could understand my options. Very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Jeremy from Simple Service, next time they will be my first and only call. Aj ,Jerel and Everett were and awesome team and fixed my plumbing issues and i i highly recommend them
