They had the most awesome plumber, Alex, show up first thing the next morning! Alex took me through every step of his visual inspection, explaining everything along the way! An awesome learning experience for me! Alex was able to find the source of my leak quickly and fixed it immediately! Absolutely highly recommend Alex and Will's Plumbing! Our plumbing was backing up in the laundry room and downstairs bathroom. After various attempts to remedy the situation myself, I called Will's Plumbing & Testing, my go-to plumbing company for the last 9 years. Aaron and Regal came out to investigate, turning up some additional issues. Some of our plumbing is 55-year-old cast iron at the end of its life. Aaron & Regal were very thorough, pulling the toilet, clearing the clog, running the camera through the lines, and showing me in pictures what was going on. They did not sugarcoat the bad news, which I appreciated. We are working on a game plan to correct the issues. I would use them again. . . One month later: And I did! Will's Plumbing had replaced the mainline to the septic a few years ago, so I didn't hesitate to use them again. What we thought would be Phase 2 of the cast iron replacement turned out to be a full replacement of all the remaining cast iron. It was not fun, I'll admit - and very expensive. The distance for the tunneling required 2 holes, and placement of these holes was tricky. We re-used the original hole and dug a new one in the garage (what a mess!). This was the easiest way to access to one of the major problem areas. Will came out several times to check on the progress. The diggers spent 2.5 days on two holes in unfriendly locations, given the slope of our property. Will's Plumbing covered the cost of those days and one other item that needed repair. I suppose he could have refused to cover those costs, but he assured me that he would take care of it. And he did. The diggers were a little sloppy with their trash, but they cleaned up everything at the end so that it was not obvious that we had piles of rocks in the yard for what seemed like ages. Considering that they spent about two weeks under my house chipping away rock, I can't complain about a bit of trash. The whole project took 6 weeks - dusty, dirty, noisy. But it had to be done, and now I don't ever have to think about it again. I highly recommend Will's Plumbing! 13. I applied for an appointment online with Will's Plumbing, and they came to my place right away to install a smart toilet. Aaron & Jacob took the time to look, explain, and devise a plan to help me get my toilet in! I also got %5 off my final bill for writing this review. 14. Aron and jacob 15. Aaron and Jacob did a fantastic job and replacing my thermostat and two heating elements. They were here on time and they were very professional. I will use them again.
