Customer reviews: 1. Thought we were going with a local attorney, had an attorney from Austin take-over and then split their money. They had the rudest assistant for us to deal with, condescending is putting it nicely. (from Austin attorney). The 1/3 fee only for your case is not true. They also charged paperwork fees, over $500.00 from Reyna when they didn't handle the case with small settlement it didn't help. Even though my car was totaled it was only a small settlement since we were not injured badly. So I am still losing money because I have to replace my car.
