(Johnnyray Hirsch and Toni Strong) I recently got denied my Social Security, and I had called this office to assist me with my Social Security disability claim appeal. Every time I make an attempt to call the office I’m always given the runaround that the secretary is not at her desk the first time that I communicated with the attorneys, I was told that they will communicate 24 hours later and no communication was made. I do not recommend this company if you are trying to appeal your Social Security disability communication is terrible. I was recommended by a friend for this company, but they have terrible customer service now I am delayed in my process with my Social Security due to negligence of this company. Do not waste your time. Very knowledgeable and professional. She is compassionate and understanding. Highly recommend her. I would like to thank Merryl Jones and her team for an amazing job with my case. I highly recommend Merryl if you need a SS lawyer.
