Feedback Summary from Clients
For More Than 20 years, I've been pleased with Mr. Tarver and his office. This man is still sharp at 90+ years old. He was advised to me by my broker, who also recommended me to him 20 plus years ago. He has become very knowledgeable and wise after having been in practice for so many years. I am now recommending him to my family members in the area where they live. He could retire if he wanted to but continues to work because he loves to work. - by John C

The office of Mr. Tarver is a trusted partner for legal matters regarding Estate Planning, and I will continue to trust his office with my legal care in the future. Mr. Tarver returned my call promptly and gave me the Peace of mind I needed. He also provided good advice on Power of Attorney for my nephews and recommended other excellent attorneys when his colleague Mr.Blythe told me he was about to retire soon and also recommended his colleague to the defence case. This office is hostile and a landmark in Temple and dates back to 1872. If anyone is looking for Estate planning, I would advise anyone to trust this office to handle the same. The only thing they should consider is that Mr. Tarver provides all his legal documents in papers and clients are supposed to scan them for their own storage as electronic documents. - by Hellen R

I wish I could stay 0 stars. This man is a scam and needs to retire. Three years I waited to lose to get rid of him and won the dismissal in 2 months. I swear there are a million problems I have with this man. My family and friends told me he plays with both sides of the bench. He wasted my money and time and this man needs to go ahead and retire. I found Mike Magana. - by Carolina D

Mr. Tarver is a great lawyer, but not for emergency cases. In other words, he only works when he pleases. I finally received a call only after booking an appointment with his secretary, who managed to lie on her employer's behalf. She told me that the appointment was for Mr. Tarver to meet me in person. What kind of a professional lawyer does that? I mentioned that the owner of the property was out of state but they continued to insist. The secretary's rudeness and inefficiency were an absolute joke, and they are not a good sign of the company's reputation. It took me two weeks to try and talk to Mr. Tarver only to be told that he was retiring. Please do not waste your time with this company. - by Sarah J

He was quite busy, and I had to try several times before I could reach him. I advise other clients to use his preferred method of contact to avoid this issue. Mr. Tarver was helpful, patient, and communicative. He addressed any concerns I raised, and my expungement was achieved quickly. - by Daisy S

I called Mr. Tarver three times before I could reach him. I booked an appointment with his secretary to make it possible for him to call me back. However, the appointment came and went without any response. I called back later, and she tried to lie that it was an in-person appointment, although I clearly told her that the property owner was out of state. Mr. Tarver wasted two weeks of my time. He just needs to tell people that he is already retired. - by Mary H
