The firm has an excellent legal team that's very likable, knowledgeable, and detailed. They will get the job done and very much appreciate them and their staff. From the first consultation , The Tisdale Lawfirm guided me with the complex process of handling my deceased husband's estate. They were professional and straightforward . They answered all my many questions. They proved to be extremely knowledgeable during the probate process. I am grateful for their understanding in a very difficult time because they always put my best Intrest first. The above should not be final as you also need to see the client's negative feedback. No company is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes but how you handle them tells a lot about your firm. Extremely disorganised office with little regard for client experience. Poor communication and a general lack of professionalism. If you want a divorce handled efficiently and with minimal stress, avoid at all costs. A client said that I’m still waiting ruling from the judge they stop taking my call my judgment when upside down from what was said in court I had go pay support over 12,000 and did not miss a payment if you’re a woman yes five star will be good rating. It would help if you addressed topics about discrimination since the client keeps mentioning if you’re a woman, you will get a five-star rating. Such reviews might taint your name if left unaddressed. Change your tactics and start treating clients equally, and all will give a good rating. The clients are always right. Therefore use the comments against your services to your advantage. A more practical example is Can’t recommend a more professional and helpful team! My case was handled with the most care, and extremely quick. Every question, and concern was resolved immediately , and if I need legal help again I won’t hesitate to come here! 10/10 experience. The other one said that I had an outstanding experience working with Tisdale Law Firm. I always had a clear understanding of the process, and they really helped me, especially with my family law case. I strongly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of family law representation.
