Feedback Summary: 1. I thank GOD for Matt and Sarah who basically saved my life and pointed me in the right direction for my recovery!!!! Matt Millslagle and Sarah have been there for me since the day I walked into the office. They were more worried about my mental health the case the first day and made sure I got healthy again. There’s still a ways to go but I thank GOD and Matt and Sarah for pointing me in the right direction to achieve my recovery! 2. A special shoutout to Ms.Tammy no matter how much I blew their phone up she always had an answer to my question and was very nice. 4. Mr. Millslagle and Mrs Carrie really pulled a blessing together and helped get my case over turned and gave me a chance to get my life back together. I’m very thankful for these two and all the hard work they done. This is a law firm that will go above and beyond and really do everything they can. 6. These people will be just as nice as can be until they start receiving money. They will promise you the world and not even attempt to fulfill any of their promises. As I told my “buddy” Mr. Harrison, it’s not so much the money or the lack of progress that has me upset. It’s the fact that I’m not a customer, I’m a client and honestly I really thought there was more to this firm than just being a business. I hired Mr. Harrison in November and I opted to make monthly payments so I could see if they were going to make good on any of their promises. I was told since I live over 500 miles away they would do what they can to get me to be able to do pretrial drug tests where I live and would try to get the order on pretrial that I cannot be in contact with my husband lifted seeing he wasn’t pressing any charges. None of this was even attempted on their end. I made a call in December to make a payment and Tammy wasn’t in the office the day I called and I never heard back from her. Finally, got a call the other day and she was wanting a payment so I tried to call to make the payment today and my credit card supposedly kept declining even though my credit company said they didn’t see any attempts to run the card on their end. When I tried to explain to Tammy this, she kept telling me that they needed that payment, they needed that payment. I told her I tried to pay last month and this is what I have to pay with. I tried telling her that I keep having to drive back and forth to Tyler which is getting expensive and her response was that they were trying to get everything dropped. She said to me on the phone, “well what’s your pretrial officers name so I can contact her so you don’t have to worry about going”. I explained to her that my officer told me repeatedly that I have to show up even if I drug tested somewhere else to report. I also told Tammy that this was supposed to be done from the get go and I’ve already had to make a couple trips since. Any time I tried to ask questions I was given sighs and rudely interrupted and she only had time to try to get more money out of me. I had a good first impression but past that point was totally opposite. It was bad enough that I had to tell her that I didn’t like her attitude and to let me know who I need to contact and that I’ll just represent myself on this matter since I’m already $1250 out. I’m still waiting for that call back on that information, which I’m sure I’ll never receive. Maybe that’s the name of their game, collect payment in hopes they won’t have to deal with their clients anymore. All I can say is listen to their other bad reviews and seek someone else. Mr. Harrison was alright from what few minutes I visited with him, but you don’t deal with him, you deal with a flustered Tammy who is his paralegal and I highly do not recommend her. Beware! 8. Buck Files is Trash, he tried to get a dude to sign a deal for 35yrs. The guy got another lawyer and only ended up with 5yrs. He must work for the prosecutor 10. I hired Mr. Harrison in November for my daughter. After paying the full cost of her case, my daughter is still in Jail with no updates from Mr. Harrison. I try to contact the office via meetings, emails, and calls. My wife went to the office where she was received unfriendly. It’s now been 4 months since we paid the full cost of the case but all we get is silence. Here we are hoping to move forward fast and seem like we made a wrong choice. 12. Do not hire this firm. I hired Mr. Harrison in November for my daughter and her case is still open. We have met, called and emailed however, no updates regarding her case. This is stressing me because I spent a lot of money and you can’t even give me information about the case. Also, no replies to my emails and calls, even when you visit the office the reception is unwelcoming. 13. MUST USE THIS FIRM. GREAT EXPERIENCE. NADEL MOTION 2019 UNDER HABEAS PETITION GRANTED AND MADE ME A FREE MAN ON THE WRONGFUL CONVICTION OF 18 MONTHS IN JAIL. THANKS TO MR. NOBEL! 14. MUST USE THIS FIRM. GREAT EXPERIENCE. NADEL MOTION 2019 UNDER HABEAS PETITION GRANTED AND MADE ME A FREE MAN ON THE WRONGFUL CONVICTION OF 18 MONTHS IN JAIL. THANKS TO MR. NOBEL! 15. Extremely disappointed. Mr. Harrison and his team were great and got my husband out not even a week after hiring him but once he was out they abandoned him. I've been calling Tammy and Carrie about this situation all year long but nothing has changed. My husband has been in jail for almost two years and the detainer has not been released yet. I gave Tammy the time she needed to work on this case. I did call a few times to see if she had some news for me, and she told me I needed to stop calling so much. She stated she had more important cases to work on at the moment and that she would call once she had an answer for me, plus they were in the process of moving. What all can an inmate do… other than sit and wait… right? So plenty of time, I suppose. Two more months passed and I called to get an update, I was told to leave a message and I never heard back from them again. Why even bother calling again? They obviously don’t care. Needless to say, I lost faith in Mr. Harrison and his team. Customer Feedback The positive feedback is that Matt Millslagle, their paralegal Sarah, Tammy, and CIndy were very helpful, kind, and reassuring. These group of people successfully resolved the case in favor of the client. The team at Files, Harrison and Millslagle made the possible negative outcomes positive, and also had a reference to the large amount of time to solve the case. However, the negative feedback from the customer is that one person Bucks Files in the firm had a bad experience moving forward with the case. This customer has given negative feedback because he was not advised on issues and left to represent himself. Also, most of the time, the staff would leave the phone off the hook, and it would take weeks for the customer to get feedback. It would take longer for the customer to receive updates from the office as they would be reluctant to give feedback.
