Customer Satisfaction Report for Loncar Lyon Jenkins: 1. Recent customer feedback- 5/5 I have worked with the Tyler branch since the beginning of 2023 after a wreck in 2022. I started with Jeff Brown, who listened to me well and really advocated for me. Also, my case got dragged out due to situations out of their control, but I eventually ended up with Calvin out of Houston as my lawyer, taking over a year in. He really went above and beyond also, explaining my many questions in a tone I could thoroughly understand. Calvin was very encouraging and kind! Jules was my paralegal throughout, and she would always answer my emails promptly and was the person I saw and spoke to the most. She really is an amazing and considerate part of the Tyler branch and does all of the behind the scenes work as well. I highly recommend all three of them and as much as I never want to have to hire them again, I definitely would if need be. They did a great job working together on my case and held their end very well, and after 3 years, I would say I know them and their characters very well! Plus, they came through with every thing they said they would. Thank you, Jeff, Calvin, and Jules!!! 2. Recent customer feedback- 1/5 I've been working with this law firm for a year regarding a settlement. No one is taking my calls or calling me back regarding my case for almost 2 weeks. But when I ask what's taking so long, I was told that the insurance company needs to come with more money. Everytime I call I'm being told different stories. This is frustrating. 4.
