I have never experienced a situation of trying to get a vehicle fixed correctly where the insurance was a pain with both of us. They were patient and professional. The process on both the front and back ends was positive. The service was done promptly and wonderfully. The car looks fantastic. They have outshined every other body shop/repair place I have been to in McLennan County. Nuff said. 8. Came in for an estimate for insurance. They said they had to take the vechile apart to give an estimate and get more information for the insurance, it dont right. 9. They were very professional, quick, and the quality is great! 10/10 recommend!! 10. *6/11/25 Update* Screenshots attached (number censored for privacy) I assume the owner (Daniel?) texted me at 9:19pm 6/9/25 after he read my original review clearly more upset at me for leaving a poor review than at his own guys for leaving polishing compound all over new paint. I had not had a chance to read his original response to the review before texting me, as it's after 9pm on a weekday. I was fine with getting into contact with him the next day to get this sorted. Before I had time to answer his text message he sent, his unprofessionalism comes out; "Of course we blended the back door, Did you read the itemized estimate we gave you?" Referring to my original post where I said the door was repainted.. Well obviously, the door should be blended, per the damage on the Cab. I was not complaining about any paint work whatsoever. Not sure what his problem was with my review giving context to my complaint.. I let him know it would be 20-30 minutes before I had time to call him that night, he responds to let me know he will call me tomorrow, no problem there. 5 minutes later, he randomly decides to text me "Have you ever left a good review?" with screenshots of my whopping 4 google reviews.. Mistakes, issues happen, the world is not perfect. I was more than willing to have this situation sorted because clearly someone messed up, but after the incredible display of unprofessionalism displayed by the owner taking zero accountability for his shop's work and trying to put any sort of blame on me because I left an initial poor review, I will not be changing the review to any sort of positive outlook. Claiming I "must of been mis informed and saying false information", when I clearly stated that I was confused as to what "bracket" the shop was waiting on and was WANTING that information to BE INFORMED; and complaining that the truck was "finished" with polishing compound left all over it. *Original Review 6
