DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN INVOLVED IN YOUR DIVORCE
I only gave 1 star because no stars isnt an option. My divorce was final in November 2024. First of all, I didnt meet my attorney until the day of court, when she was 35 minutes late and I had to call the office and remind her of my hearing. My attorney did not know how to put child support in the divorce decree and put wording that the Attorney General will not honor. I called and emailed repeatedly after court for MONTHS with only sporadic replies telling me they hadnt had time to "figure out what to do". Finally they filed a new document that was also wrong. After that-they left me at the mercy of the Attorney General. After literally HOURS and HOURS on hold/speaking with the Attorney General for MONTHS...I now have to go back to court (without an attorney because this firm has just stepped out). According to the court, I will not get a court date until at least August or September 2025. That will be 10 MONTHS after my divorce was final and the court advises that it's very unlikely back child support will be ordered. I have potentially lost almost an ENTIRE YEAR of child support because of this firm. They did NOT fight for me or my daughter. They shuffled me through their process, put minimal effort into making sure my needs were met. If you have children involved in your divorce, please take the money and hire someone else.
