Feedback Overview Court appointed Court appointed Extremely unprofessional. Charles told me on Friday that he would represent my son. I called Monday to pay the retainer fee and was waiting for a call back. I still have not received a call back, so I call back on Tuesday. I was then told Charles will not be able to represent me as he is in trial until December. Why was I not called back? Extremely disappointed. The receptionist was also very unprofessional.
