Despite my providing smoking-gun evidence and coded medical bills, this office failed to even send a Notice of Representation to the insurance company. I was left to handle the police, the hospital, and the adjusters myself while the firm remained non-responsive. If you are looking for a partner who communicates and takes action, look elsewhere.
