She used no mediation techniques and my ex-husband and I were left to pick up the shattered pieces. The truth is no one wins in court and no matter how much money you spend you are not going to get everything that you want. Also, at the end of the day you still have to deal with your Ex- spouse especially if you have children. I would not recommend Cyndi Schenk to anyone. 12. Did little work on my divorce as the opposing lawyer did a majority of the paperwork and greatly overcharged me in my opinion. Classic told me one thing but covered it in the contract. Very misleading company my services were performed by Jarret Noll.
