Chuck was a no-show and did not provide advance warning he wouldn't be available. Chuck's admin staff said he got called to court and that he would call back within the hour. After 1.5 hours had passed, Chuck never called back. My husband called again. The admin staff said Chuck would return his call but it may be after hours. A day passed, still nothing from Chuck. Almost a week has passed, still nothing from Chuck. I can't speak to his abilities as a lawyer, but he gets a 1 of 5 stars for professionalism, business practices and common courtesy. I used this joker back in 2007 in a divorce my xwife got everything. And he left me with $33,000.00 in debt $13,000 to Capital One $9,000 to Wells Fargo $8,000 texoma community credit and more. The $8,000 at texoma community credit was the balance on a jet ski thinking it was mine so I paid for it but once it got paid for I was forced to give it to my kids. But I feel like they are for the money not for you , I feel like they can be more helpful etc. Even for advice they didn't help at all.... don't ever go to them. Poor communication, poor service, complete waste of our money and time. Would NOT recommend the Law Office of Chuck Smith to anyone who is serious about hiring an attorney for important matters. He knows what he’s doing! You will not go wrong choosing him for representation. He’s very personable and reserved with professionalism. Most importantly, he gets the job done in the courtroom! Chuck Smith is wonderful! Very attentive & helpful to us during a difficult time. Very thorough & truly cares for his clients. His staff is also amazing! Chuck Smith is phenomenal! Incredibly knowledgeable and hard-working. I’ve used him multiple times for divorce and child custody.
