A public defender will do more for you for free attorney made little to no effort at all just presented me with deals after deals and wanted to charge more for trail only thing he did was keep pushing my court dates until he convinced me to take a deal knowing if we went to trail I’d win & they will definitely not even try to see your side & the Victim on my case was willing to talk in court to the judge to explain how I was innocent and the attorney advised against it

They sent a letter to my mom's house that I don't even live at, saying I committed a crime when in reality I was issued a speeding ticket is this normal in Utah??
