My interaction began positively with a receptionist who was both polite and patient regarding my questions about an estate in probate. However, upon being transferred to Mr. Bachman's paralegal because the receptionist could not assist, I was met with unprofessionalism. The paralegal was short and rude. This was disappointing and off putting. I will not be utilizing your services. 10. Candace Tatton must get her dopamine from making others miserable. I Get she has a job to do, but her condescending attitude and tone are way over the top. Even on the most basic of phone calls you will be instantly talked down to as she is constantly on an intimidation.trip. Fully unprovoked and for no reason at all, she is just straight up rude. Cool Candace, you harass and belittle people for a living, you've made it all the way to the top…congrats!
