Scott worked on our estate planning for years and did a great job, and we were happy. But... now we need assistance with my dad's probate in Utah for one year. We cannot get him to call back after many voicemails and emails. Both my husband and I have tried. The only thing I can think is it is not enough fee to pay for his time. I am VERY disappointed with the lack of customer service. He said he would handle last spring, and nothing has happened all year. I just wish he would have told us he did not do that or was not interested, and we would have gone with someone else right from the start.
