I cannot say enough about this legal team and the way they helped me. The attorneys are expertly knowledgeable and confident in their abilities. Nevertheless, they took the time to explain things to me. I did not feel overshadowed by legalese that I could not understand. They are exceptional at managing difficult situations and have surely seen almost every situation play out once or twice in their careers. Helpful and understanding—full of grace and truth. ------------------------------------- I am a veteran and was looking for a lawyer to assist me. If you are assisting a veteran or are one and need qualified insight on your legal problem, I would not consider this company. There was no call back or an answer to the emails I sent. Based on this, they do not have the basics of courtesy. What would prevent you from reaching a veteran through an email? I have no faith in this business and will tell other veterans not to waste their time or money on them. This gesture is disrespectful and unprofessional. A back-and-forth conversation was not held between me and the attorney. My attempts to make contact were not helpful. So when I finally reached them, their response was, "We are not taking new clients right now." This was a total lack of courtesy. In a nutshell, they get to choose their clients. My understanding is that they are not in the business to help people. They are biased in their work and decisions. My feelings are that they are money-oriented. That is why they will not assist me. A company that is established to make money will still want big cases—not a small case for a veteran. ------------------------------------- I needed a lawyer to write a demand letter for me. This company was very proactive and courteous. I knew we were on the same page the first time I called them. They contacted me back and gave me ample time. Business operations were performed as expected. I like people who keep promises. A good service is one that feels it is time-bound. In the end, I got what I wanted due to their seriousness. For like two months, I would receive a phone call on the progress of my case. It was a smoother process unlike choosing a different company. I would recommend this company to a friend. ------------------------------------- I needed a lawyer. I called them and they said they would call back after 3 hours. I waited for a day or so but there was no feedback. This was not professional. I guess they did not like the nature of my case. I will look for a better company.
