Their expertise and understanding helped us through a large stressful collection endeavor that went to trial. The outcome and subsequent settlement outdid our expectations. I have a friend who just went through such a disgusting experience with insanely predatory, unethical billing practices with this office. I do legal billing and what I saw happen through this firm was absolutely disgusting. I’d seriously avoid this place at all costs (Anonymous, 2021) Most unprofessional, none responsive, rude and entitled company to work with (Anonymous, 2021). These guys were horrible I never received letters I was told they were returned to them by the law enforcement that came to arrest me. I paid them their bail of 400 cash and then called and paid my bill it was 1400 they said they would credit me the 400 so I paid 1000 then they call me back and said I now have to pay 18% interest a day on that 400 until they receive the money from the sheriffs office so I just paid the whole thing they said I would get a check in the mail for the 400 that was the bail I paid never got it the lady on the phone was rude hung up on me because I was upset of course I was they just nailed me for 2 grand on a old bill that insurance was supposed to get i was double covered and the Drs office kept billing the wrong insurance as primary I called insurance as they asked me to and was told it was my fault they billed the wrong insurance. This company and the Drs office there Con artists they need to be investigated they got money from my insurance and me then said they did not get enough because of billing my secondary as primary and my primary and secondary (Anonymous, 2021) Jake Watterson and Kelly Smith are some of the top attorneys in the valley. I've frequently been opposing counsel to them, and I appreciate how they can zealously advocate for their clients, while remaining professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services, and I often refer my conflict cases to their office (Anonymous, 2021). Be careful who you work with. James Jenkins knew I couldn't afford him, instead of recommending me to a different lawyer, he up-charged me as much as a firm-lawyer would for any high-profile corporate case. I believe he did this because he assumed I would go bankrupt and he could write it off. He took my ignorance for granted. I was willing to go into debt for my daughter for good representation, but he didn't advise well, and actually caused more harm to my case than good. He did not represent me well when I needed it the most. I trusted him, because my family recommended him, but hindsight, and working with multiple other lawyers after, has taught me to do my own research. Luckily, I found another attorney who had to do major damage control. I found out over the years how atrociously he had charged me for the case I had. I wish I had gotten the same service as the others are saying in their reviews. Vet who you hire and advocate for yourself when needed (Anonymous, 2021). After my husband and I finished filling out our will and trust we looked at each other and said "why didn't we do this earlier It wasn't that hard!"(Anonymous, 2021). One of the greatest law firms I've ever dealt with I recommend them to everyone (Anonymous, 2021). They are awesome! We are so grateful for Jake (Anonymous, 2021).
