With the process already being so stressful, Dave took his time to review everything on my case and update me quickly and accordingly where he was at in the process. He also would ask how I’m doing regularly and just generally cared. He worked out the best deals for me, so not only do I feel like I got amazing representation, but I also feel like I gained a few more members of the family. Even after my case sentencing, he was open almost a year later to come back to court with me to assist me in getting off of probation early as I received an objection from the prosecutor in the request. He again worked out a date, and with the prosecutor to agree to let me off early. He was great to work with me on pricing for representation as well. It was totally fair and it really helped I was able to make payments over time. Dave and team, thank you so much for all of your help! 2. He dropped all four felonies that was first-degree felonies to one third-degree felony with no jail time Him and his secretary Which is his wife took me in like if I was one of their own treating me more than a client treating me more like if I was his son and I’m highly appreciated for his service. This is the type of stuff that you will want in your Lawyer somebody’s that’s not there just to take your money for somebody that really cares. About you as a person, he even went out the way and made sure every time I flew out to Utah that he was there to pick me up to take me to Provo County. He even dropped me off back towards the airport. Never had to use an Uber I don’t know too many lawyers that would do that for you. This is what makes him the best. A true gentleman.
