She has a license as an esthetician and is oncology certified, meaning she can perform treatments on and know how to work with sensitive or comprised skin, with the emphasis on preserving its natural healing ability. Her techniques are nourishing and hydrate your skin. They also support your whole system to release and relax by connecting to your own body. She uses her oils to treat facials, breast health, and body hydration. This promotes self-care in all forms. In addition to being a Certified Reiki Practitioner, she infuses her treatments with Reiki for overall wellness. She is also a Prana Shakti Dance instructor, which brings her back into the body by moving and removing what doesn't serve us. She's a writer, hiker, and gardener and is grateful for her grounding and meditation practice. She is also able to volunteer at the Survivor Wellness House and offers a 10% discount to anyone on their cancer journey
