Lauren Forsythe is a management adviser who focuses on labor and employment law and represents employers on federal and state legislation. Her management clients are employed before federal, state and administrative courts and in civil litigation. She has served as a government attorney in addition to representing private employers, with more than 20 hearings and trials before state and federal courts. She has written, argued, and conducted research on numerous dispositive Motions in the court, as well as conducted depositions deposing expert and fact witnesses, and has experience with negotiation, settlement, retention and use of expert witnesses, and discovery. While attending law school, she became a Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal, and she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Beth Buchanan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio.
