Salt Lake Dance Center, established in 1983, is considered one of the top dance schools on Salt Lake City's west side. We cater to students of all ages and capabilities. At Salt Lake Dance Center, we offer an all-inclusive ballet, pre-ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary curriculum. We also feature a team of talented instructors. The Salt Lake Dance Center curriculum and teaching staff grant children the opportunity to study dance at a professional level or for the simple enjoyment of it. Our dance teachers have graduated from highly esteemed institutions and provide a warm environment. A number of students who have continued their studies at Salt Lake Dance Center have attained numerous accomplishments. Our dancers have been granted places in national programs like the New York City Ballet School, the Milwaukee Ballet, and the Contra Costa Ballet. Others have gotten into Alvin Ailey in New York City. Dance scholarships are also available at universities and colleges like Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.
