I went to the office for legal assistance and a lady turned me away and told me to come another day. I had made an online request through their website and which states usually responds in 24hours and still no response. If I could I would give you no stars, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for the lack of service. His team is excellent. This is more than ten years, but I need to leave Smoland Law a good review. I got arrested on TRAX for public intoxication. I had taken the train because I don’t drive drunk. It was a really frustrating arrest. He made it go away and he wasn’t expensive. If you are in a bad place because of a bogus charge, call Smoland Law. If you are looking for an honest hard working lawyer look no further. I got an out of state DUI and the best thing I did was contact Dain Smoland. He is honest, straightforward, hardworking and genuinely cares about your case. He went above and beyond in my particular case even after sentencing running into problems with probation. He is very knowledgeable and gets back to you even on weekends in my case he has been fantastic. I would recommend this law firm highly and hold Dain in my highest regard. My experience with Dain Smoland has been uniformly positive. He was quick to respond. He counseled with wisdom and experience. The course of action we took proved to be exactly the right one. His expertise and associations saved me much time and money. It proved once again that a man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client Expungement process was so efficient and easy, stayed in communication with me through the entire process whenever I had any questions she immediately answered. Highly recommend! I cannot recommend Smoland Law, and specifically Taylor Goldstein, enough. She was quick to respond to my questions, patient with the volume of those questions, and informative throughout the legal process. She performed a wonderful job handling my case, and I am incredibly grateful to her for her representation. She has a ton of experience in expungements, as well as other areas. I refer to her as the best lawyer in town. I would like to give 8, 9, or even 10 stars, but the max is 5. I didnt know what i was doing and i had all of my questions answered and they made everything easy. Court went great! Taylor has done and is continuing to do an exceptional job on my case. They are personable, honest and affordable. I’m very grateful I came across them online. Taylor Goldstein has made me whole. She believed in me when no one else ever had. My only goal in life has been to be a better person than I use to be. I’ve strived for it and did as much as I could on my own. Taylor Goldstein helped me clear the one last hurdle I couldn’t clear on my own. I now have a chance to provide for my wife and kids the kind of life they deserve.
