Customer feedback highlights: Work in the hallway bathroom. They accepted our down payment, demoed it in October. STILL NOT DONE June 4th. Staff is unresponsive, no invoices for work done and they further charge us $21k. BEWARE!!!!!! GC was awful. I highly recommend this company! They are quick to work and work as a team! We recently hired Utah Remodel Works to perform a major basement remodel at our residence in Salt Lake City. Our old basement transformed into a beautiful new space, with a large family room space, guest bedroom, a newly designed laundry area, and a home office. We worked with a structural engineer who designed additional tele-posts to support the new layout. The design process was good and the estimate was explained well. The work started on time and was finished on time, even working on the weekends to ensure the job was completed. The staff and trades were clean and very professional. We would use this contractor for any future needs as it was stress-free.
