Jennifer did great as well! We had a quick resolution to this and I feel like I made out like a bandit at the end of it! Rating: 2. Satisfied Name: Paul Review: Paul and Dani were so easy to work with and made the whole process as painless as possible. Paul was patient as I was trying to understand processes. Rating: 2 Stars I chose this office based on how responsive and attentive they were in the beginning, but my experience did not hold up over time. Early on, communication was strong and they made a great first impression. They also send frequent requests to leave a review very early in the process, before you’ve really had a chance to evaluate the full experience. In hindsight, I understand why, because the level of service I received later did not meet my expectations. I had my consultation with Nathanial and chose to continue working with him. He was easy to talk to, but I never felt like my case was a priority, which is difficult during something as serious as a divorce. Also, don’t assume Marco will be your attorney. I would recommend confirming exactly who will be handling your case. This firm is expensive, and my rates increased about three months into my case. It’s one thing to pay for top-tier service, but in my experience, the service did not reflect the cost. I would also be cautious in your interactions with Sierra (office staff). My experience with her started off fine, but over time I had significant concerns, especially when dealing with billing matters. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The paralegal, Carren, was helpful and communicative, and when I escalated my concerns, the office manager, Leipua, was understanding and tried to help resolve the situation. I’m glad I kept a paper trail of emails. If you do work with this firm, I recommend communicating by email rather than phone so everything is documented. I also strongly recommend reading the reviews below five stars, not just the highest-rated ones. I likely would have left a five-star review early on based on first impressions, but that would not have reflected my overall experience. Based on everything, I ended up finding a different attorney and would encourage others to carefully evaluate their options before committing. Rating: 5.
