ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

InventHelp Salt Lake City Review Summary from Clients: One former client complained, "It's a scam they send you fake clients... You call them up they don't even know who invent help is they didn't fulfill what they were paid to do check the BBB." The individual also suggested visiting the BBB to see the lawsuit put against the company. They continued by stating, "I don't know why I wasn't a part of it... What a waste of $14,000 thanks invent help." Another shared, "I went with invent help over 2 years ago after coming up with an idea. The salesman was friendly and pretty helpful and Invent Help was ok throughout the process but if I was going to do things all over again I wouldn’t go with invent help. Really the only thing that helped with my invention through invent help was the patent referral service. I now have a published patent application but not a full patent yet. I have not had one response from the 100 companies they said they sent my invention information to. I should have just went through a company that actually helps manufacture and package inventions. I should have invested my $13,000 in a different process. They were pretty clear on their contract that it is all a chance and not many inventions become successful but it just seemed like there wasn’t a whole lot of effort to make the invention attractive to their Data bank companies. The vast majority of the companies they sent the information to were not companies that I or my family and friends had even heard of. In my opinion a person should just put their money into a patent lawyer then into manufacturing and marketing themselves. It is a very expensive process regardless. I have a $13,000 pile of pamphlets, document's, books and contract papers... and that’s about the extent of it." New inventors can check them out and see if they can add help to the product. Another client noted after a successful treatment, "As a first-time inventor, I had tons of questions and felt overwhelmed. But the team at InventHelp was patient, understanding, and tremendously supportive. They helped me refine my concept, design a prototype, and even navigate the intimidating world of patents. The experience was educational, empowering, and genuinely exciting. This company is a true ally for inventors, and I cannot thank them enough!" Another customer added, "The professionals at InventHelp were patient and understanding. They turned a daunting process into an exciting journey." A client also from the above communicated the upsides of their services by saying, "Awesome people and very friendly. I got a patent with their help. Helpful people." Assisted by InventHelp's team, people require to be aware of their costly services, noted one cynic, "Dont use it, charge to much to help people." A customer with a different experience said, "InventHelp was okay, but keep in mind the services aren't free so be prepared to get your wallet out if you want their help." In the last review, a former client was not pleased because when they needed assistance, they were given a wrong phone number after calling the national number. The customer said, "This is for calling the national number, I just wanted to ask some questions. They wanted my address, I didn't want mailings, so I just gave them my number. they said they needed my ADDRESS to CALL me back, since I refused they gave me customer service number which was just a recording. PS Check online about inventhelp. Apparently they have a success rate of LESS THAN <1%. Not good at all!" The reviews on this company are quite mixed, and the company needs to consider these and offer better customer services.
